      If, after installing JBDS 9.0.0.beta2, a user installs any of the Mylyn-related packages available in Central, after JBDS restarts, the user is presented with the option of upgrading TestNG from 6.8.6.20130914_0724 to 6.9.5.201506120235.

      Why not simply include TestNG 6.9.5 in JBDS 9.0.0?
