OpenShift v3 tooling is missing

    Description

      After fresh installation of JBDS 9.0.0.Alpha2 build ID B24 there is no tooling for OpenShift v3 support. All v3 plugins are missing (there are only v2 plugins (express pkg) and common plugins).
