Update Installer error message about Visual Editor support

Message in installer is confusing in case Visual Editor is not supported for selected JVM. I case if HTML page is opened VPE looks normal with visual part replaced with Visual Preview implementation.

We have several options here:

1. Remove the message
2. Say something about Visual Preview availability in case full Visual Editing is not supported
3. Say Visual Editing for JSF Pages is not supported
4. Full Visual Editing capabilities are not available on 64-bit JVMs + your OS

Please suggest any other options.
