Remove content in JBDS update site which is duplicated in the JBDS TP

Update site now only contains JBDS, rather than also including a pile of upstream Eclipse stuff too. Therefore to install from this zip, you now may need the JBDS target platform zip as well, if the dependencies are not already present in your existing Eclipse install.

To perform updates of an existing JBDS install, the update zip *should be* all that's needed.

(This will need to be verified and if that's not true, again, the solution is to install from BOTH the update site zip and the target platform zip.)

      From Max:

Why is parts of TP included inside https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/8.0.0/jboss-devstudio-8.0.0.Beta3-updatesite-core/ ?
why not just our plugins ?

      Ref: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Tycho/Packaging_Types#eclipse-repository
      Haha: http://memegenerator.net/instance/52610169

Reason for the extraneous inclusions is that this config param is set in the JBDS update site pom:

      <includeAllDependencies>true</includeAllDependencies>
