      STEP: Install JBDS 7.1.0.Alpha1 (with -vmargs -Djboss.discovery.directory.url=http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/discovery/development/7.1.0.Alpha1/devstudio-directory.xml -Djboss.discovery.site.url=http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/discovery/development/7.1.0.Alpha1/)
      STEP: Go to JBoss Central
      STEP: Select Spring and Mylyn Bugzilla connectors
      STEP: Install it, restart
      STEP: See Error log
      ASSERT: There should be no errors after restart
      ERROR: No repository message occurs
