Installation sometimes fail with bundle was not found on Windows

      EXECUTE:Download jbds (firefox was used)
      EXECUTE:Double clicked on installer
      EXECUTE:Set defaults, during
      ASSERT:Installation should be completed without errors
      ERROR:During installation error message occured and installation crashed,
      it worked for second try
