    Description

      Level 0: Document how to do this: insert javscript, which url to use and how to setup your own Weinre Server on localhost/OpenShift.

      Level 1: Setup browser / easy insert of weinre (default to debug.phonegap.com)

      Level 2: Emulate weinre UI (Out-of-scope)

      Level 3: Setup weinre app (node.js/openshift) - http://people.apache.org/~pmuellr/weinre/docs/latest/Installing.html
