TestNG should be moved to Tested bucket in Central. Should also relabel these in associated feature.xml / site.xml / category.xml files.

JBDS 4/5:

"Supported" contains JBDS
"Certified" contains BPEL, TestNG
"Selected" contains all other 3rd party (not TestNG)

JBDS 6:

"Supported" contains JBDS Core + SOA Tooling + BPEL + TestNG
"Tested" contains all other 3rd party (not TestNG)
