split git connector in JBDS Central into 1 for egit and one for Mylyn support for Git/Github

      Central:
      Eclipse Team Provider for Git, including integration for Mylyn and GitHub: com.jboss.jbds.git.mylyn.feature
      TODO split into:
      [Plugin.xml] Git connector – o.e.jgit + o.e.egit ONLY <-- keeps the central id: org.eclipse.egit
      [Plugin.xml] Mylyn for Git/Github connector (depends on Git) <-- keeps the com.jboss.jbds.git.mylyn.feature
