Add new Maven features (JPA configurator, standalone Maven Profile Management UI) to JBDS by default

      The new Maven JPA configurator (JBIDE-10750) and standalone Profile Management features (JBIDE-10604) should be added to JBDS by default.
      I created a patch against JBDS trunk. Nick, can you please review/apply if it looks ok?
