The problem is with the order of the builders - the example - as installed - has the builders in this order:

Faceted Project Validation Builder
Validation
JBoss Knowledge Base Builder

But - the order should be:

Java Builder
Faceted Project Validation Builder
Validation
JBoss Knowledge Base Builder
