When trying to uninstall JBDS using uninstaller, user is prompted for administrator password with message "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?"
      Program location "\\path\to\javaw.exe" "-Dizpack.mode=privileged" "-jar" "\\path\to\Uninstaller.jar"
Without admin rights, the uninstaller won't execute.
