jrebel install in JBDS does not seem to actually install the important bits of jrebel

installed jrebel, seem it like svn is missing critical elements.

Seems like its going to be important to support "multiple feature" install from central as opposed to single features.
Since Adding all the features would not make this experience much simpler than using P2 on its own.
