Remove springide from JBDS 5 and only have it on updatesite

      JBDS 4.x contains SpringIDE 2.5 (in the installer & Extras update site).

      JBDS 5 will contain Spring IDE 2.6, but ONLY in the Extras update site.

    Description

      SpringIDE has its own useragent that can cause confusion so we are moving it to the extras site for optional installation.
