Create DataSource wizard always uses the same name 'DataSource1'

1. Right Click on connected Teiid Instance
2. Create DataSource
3. Finish
4. Create DataSource
OBSERVE: DataSource1 already exists, but the wizard suppose the same name. (and Finish is active)
