Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1.) create "New Dynamic project"
2.) add Facet Support (note: JSF 1.2)
3.) add new JSF/Seam Portlet
4.) add richFaces support (there is another issue - https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-7702)
5.) add richFaces support to VIEW.jsp page: add namespace declaration for richfaces, add some richFaces tags, such as rich:comboBox
6.) export portlet as WAR file
7.) add RichFaces jar into WAR file (due to bug mentioned in step 4)
8.) deploy WAR, create page with this portlet, display portlet

Expected behaviour is displayed rich:comboBox, but nothing from richFaces tags is rendered.

RichFaces Portlet generated by JBDS don't display content of richFaces tags. (Added manually, with RF jars added manually as well)
