jBPM process designer tooling missing buttons in Deployment tab

      When using generated new jbpm 3 project I open a processdefinition file and select the Deployment tab. Attahced an image of the blank space below that does not contain a Test connection or Deploy Process Archive... and it also is a bit of a different layout. Opening this same workspace (same setup) with JBDS 3.0.1.GA works fine.
