Seam 2.2 Booking Example could not be built.

Steps to reproduce:

1) File -> New -> Example
2) Click Seam 2.2 Booking Example - EAR (including tutorial) , click finish

During building of -ejb and -test projects, null pointer exception occurs. See attached error log.
