jboss-seam.jar file included in Seam Project Examples has not been patched for this issue https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-1320. Each jboss-seam.jar file affected by this issue has to be replaced with patched jboss-seam.jar within related Seam Project Example.
Checked with Seam 2.2 DVD Store Example - EAR (including a test project) - dvdstore22 Seam Project Example. After proper jboss-seam.jar was copied to booking-ear/EarContent/ directory DVD Strore application worked correctly.
I don't know which other Seam Project Examples are affected by this issue.
