Unable to install JBDS without admin rights on Windows 7

      When I run installer by running 'java jar devstudio-XXX.jar' windows asks me for password of an admin account (which I do not know). I have permissions to write to my Documents folder (I was about to install JBDS there) or directly to C:

      I think this issue is very similar to JBDS-1317 (see 2nd screenshot). If I try to run installer with checked 'Protect my computer data ...' it finishes without saying nothing.

      I am not sure if we are able to fix this
