VPE editor not working in M2 build H472 on Mac

VPE editor works in neither cocoa nor carbon build H472 of JBDS.

Error message when opening the editor:

Could not open the Visual Page Editor: Bundle org.mozilla.xulrunner.cocoa.macosx is not found.

(in the case of carbon the bundle was org.mozilla.xulrunner.carbon.macosx)
