Create New Seam Web Project Erroneously Reports Existing Directory

      (1) Select File -> New -> Seam Web Project
      (2) Enter a project name of Test-Bug
      (3) Deselect the Use Default checkbox under Project contents
      (4) Browse to the workspace
      (5) Append the workspace directory with "/Test-Bug"
      (6) Note that an error is reported of a directory already existing, when it does not already exist.

      Accept default location or choose a location outside of the workspace directory.

      When creating a new Seam Web Project, the user is prompted for a project name. If the user does not take the default location, JBDS erroneously reports the directory as already created if the user attempts to set up a directory under workspace. See screenshot.
