Manually typing in a location has the following result:

1) The default location is /home/rob/jbdevstudio
2) I change (manually type) to /home/rob/apps/jbdstest99
3) I click ok, it verifies /home/rob/apps/jbdstest99 does not exist and it should make it
4) Upon finish, the installation is /home/rob/jbdevstudio

Step 4 is a failure of how this should work
