I don't know the exact versioning format, but there is a difference on RHEL and Windows in the version.
On RHEL, the version is Apache/2.4.37 (Red Hat) (Release .*-SP1)
On Windows, it's Apache/2.4.37 (Win64) (Release .*-SP1)

I would expect Red Hat in both Windows and RHEL builds.
