Changing ownership of files should be done via postinstall instead of just documentation

      JBCS ZIP install documentation[1] contains instruction to use linux "chown" command, however it could be easily done via postinstall script. Also note postinstall script already contains few "chown" commands so we should extend the use and remove those parts from JBCS documentation.

      Also creating of user "apache" is already covered in postinstall script and might be removed from documentation[1] as well.
