The mod_jk module needs more detailed documentation

This guide is just about configuring two modules. We document one of those modules really well (mod_cluster), but mod_jk doesn't have the same level of detail. The following items should be addressed in the document:

• Chapter 2, mod_jk should have an overview similar to mod_cluster in Chapter 3.
• Chapter 5, mod_jk should have a working example like we have for mod_cluster
• Appendix A, A.1 is missing mod_jk.so details
• Did we intentionally leave out an appendix section for uriworkermap.properties?
