Build OpenSSL standalone zips upon building OpenSSL

OpenSSL zips previously delivered by jbcs-openssl-dist build has to be created from within the OpenSSL build.
Note that, file/dir structure has to match what was previously delivered from jbcs-openssl-dist build.
