This core option was introduced in httpd 2.4.24, so in JBCS it was was back ported in one of the service packs for 2.4.23. However now after the rebase to 2.4.29 it seems that it's not defined and several tests that use this option and worked just fine with SPs for 2.4.23 are failing with log message:

"Invalid command 'HttpProtocolOptions', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration"

This seems weird to me since it should be core functionality...so that cannot be a problem with missing module.
