      The documentation (under jbcs-openssl-1.0.2h/openssl/share/doc) naming is inconsistent. The RHEL zips have the following:

      $ ll jbcs-openssl-1.0.2h-*RHEL7.x86_64*/*/*/share/doc
      total 8
      drwxr-xr-x. 2 coty coty 4096 Jun 14  2017 jbcs-httpd24-openssl-1.0.2h
      drwxr-xr-x. 2 coty coty 4096 Jun 14  2017 jbcs-httpd24-openssl-libs-1.0.2h

      while Windows and Solaris have a single directory named `openssl-1.0.2h`. Note that the jbcs-http24-openssl naming is not correct. It should match the zip naming, jbcs-openssl.

      Why does jbcs-httpd24-openssl-libs-1.0.2h only contain a LICENSE file?

      Why does the documentation differ between RHEL and Windows/Solaris? For example. RHEL ships ssleay.txt, but it isn't included in the other distributions (side note: that file has a ton of
      capitalized warnings about how the doc is OBSOLETE and can't be trusted..not sure we want to include that).
