Some extra files in zips (cache/*, config.nice, httpd.exp)

    Description

      There are some files in JBCS zip archives (seems like in all httpd rhel related) that I suspect do not belong in there:

      httpd/cache/mod_ssl/scache.dir
httpd/cache/mod_ssl/scache.pag
httpd/cache/mod_ssl/scache.sem

      those are empty.

      Also I am not sure about these two:

      httpd/lib/build/config.nice   <--- looks like generated by configure cmd (is it required for building of apr rules?
httpd/modules/httpd.exp   <--- looks like list of modules containted in that module directory

      Could you huwang@redhat.com or weinanli explain please?
