mod_security module has missing documentation at zips

      download jbcs-httpd24-doc-2.4.23-GA.zip and jbcs-httpd24-httpd-2.4.23-GA-RHEL6-x86_64.zip
      unzip -l jbcs-httpd24-doc-2.4.23-GA.zip |grep mod_security
      unzip -l jbcs-httpd24-httpd-2.4.23-GA-RHEL6-x86_64.zip |grep mod_security
      you should see only jbcs-httpd24-2.4/httpd/modules/mod_security2.so file and missing jbcs-httpd24-2.4/share/doc/mod_security-2.9.1/LICENSE etc.

      download jbcs-httpd24-doc-2.4.23-GA.zip and jbcs-httpd24-httpd-2.4.23-GA-RHEL6-x86_64.zip unzip -l jbcs-httpd24-doc-2.4.23-GA.zip |grep mod_security unzip -l jbcs-httpd24-httpd-2.4.23-GA-RHEL6-x86_64.zip |grep mod_security you should see only jbcs-httpd24-2.4/httpd/modules/mod_security2.so file and missing jbcs-httpd24-2.4/share/doc/mod_security-2.9.1/LICENSE etc.

      There is missing documentation, release notes, license, etc. for mod_security at RHEL zips.
      Solaris, Windows zips have it as well as RHEL RPMs.
