Bug happens only on Windows.
On RHEL HTTPD prints "incomplete client cert configured for SSL proxy"
but on windows the message is different and kinda varies in length:
One machine returned "red for SSL proxy (missing or encrypted private key?)"
Other returned "configured for SSL proxy (missing or encrypted private key?)"
We think that there could be some trouble with flushing buffers or even worse that memory gets overflowed.
For context please see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=968389 and especially comments #9 and #13
I made the bug private, if you decide it's not a security issue please make it public.
