Apache plugin - adding virtual hosts - improvements

      Description of problem:
      Following improvements will make adding a new virtual host more user friendly:

      1- add some note (or check) about a New Resource Name format:
      scenario:

      • go to apache resource->inventory->create child->apache virtual host->New Resource Name field

      This name must be in the following format: resName:port but there is no note about it. So when this operation eventually fails (after all other settings are done), user must search it on 'Child history' tab and do everything again.

      2- Better explanation why adding of a new virtual host failed.

      • user is creating a new virtual host and some field is incorrect. Operation fails with the following result: net.augeas.AugeasException:save failed. So user has no idea what field could be actually wrong.
        Example: 'Document Root' field contains a space (typo)

      This could be fixed by improving field validations when submitting form.
