      The httpd server on Windows can't be stopped via scheduling stop operation.
      1. Select an Apache HTTP Server
      2. Then proceed Operations->Schedules->Stop
      3. After finishing the operation this message appears in the stop operation detail in Schedules History:

      The Apache2.4 service is not started.

      But the server is still running.
