WebDAV: postinstall creates DAVLockDB different than configured in httpd.conf

      The postinstall script creates directory:

      dav_lockdb_dir='/var/lib/dav24'

      but httpd.conf is configured:

      DAVLockDB /var/lib/dav/lockdb

      and error can be found in log:

      [Wed Feb 17 09:48:45.385066 2016] [dav:error] [pid 32256] [client 127.0.0.1:34813] Could not open the lock database.  [500, #400]
[Wed Feb 17 09:48:45.385084 2016] [dav:error] [pid 32256] (2)No such file or directory: [client 127.0.0.1:34813] Could not open property database.  [500, #1]
