      Solaris apachectl script is using variable OPTIONS to start httpd, but it do not set is anywhere...
      This can lead to issues when variable OPTIONS is set in system.

      case $ACMD in
      start|stop|restart|graceful|graceful-stop)
       $HTTPD $ROOTDIR $OPTIONS -k $ARGV
       ERROR=$?
      ;;

      This will fail with httpd help message, but there is no info what's wrong.

      export OPTIONS="I have no meaning!"
      ./apachectl start
