The RHEL ZIPs with JBCS-2.4.23-CR1 contain wrong directory structure, which prevents postinstall to create key in directory and httpd won't start.

CR1:

# ./.postinstall
./.postinstall: line 6: conf/openssl/pki/tls/private/localhost.key: No such file or directory

Because there is no conf/openssl/pki/tls/private/ directory, but:

./conf/openssl/pki/tls/tls/private/

Previous build ER4 contains correct directories.
