In the JBCS httpd 2.4.62 release, there was a change introduced that isn't backwards compatible and should be explicitly noted. The specific change is that in addition to logging an error in the log output of httpd when using `require ip` within a Directory element, httpd will now log an error explaining that you should use Location instead and fail to start.
