This ticket covers the following tasks to prepare the 2.4.62 docs for publishing:

• Create a 2.4.62 branch in Gitlab based on the 2.4.57 branch.
• Merge the doc updates in Gitlab.
• Create the following 2.4.62 doc titles in Pantheon:
  • Red Hat JBoss Core Services Apache HTTP Server 2.4.62 Release Notes
  • Apache HTTP Server Installation Guide
  • Apache HTTP Server Connectors and Load Balancing Guide
• Ensure that the docs build correctly in Pantheon.
• Create the 2.4.62 doc splash page in Pantheon with a similar layout to the 2.4.57 splash page and include the following links:
  • Supported Configurations and Integrations (https://access.redhat.com/articles/2258971)
  • Component Details (https://access.redhat.com/articles/2993901)
