Customer is requesting that we support RHEL platform modules (namely mod_auth_openidc) with the JBCS zip distribution on RHEL 9. Technically this should be doable as the binaries are the same, but it's not currently in the scope of support.

The RFE is not necessarily asking to ship the modules inside of the zip, but to be able to use them from the platform directly, if that's doable.
