So far, for Windows distribution artefacts we used .win6 as a sufix 
The .win6 reflected the supported NT version (6.x) narrowing down to Windows Server 2008R2 as minimum supported version.

Since we dropped the support for anything below Windows 2016, which is basically Windows 10, we should consider to rename distribution suffix to .win10, or just .win to reflect those changes.

eg.
apr-1.2.3-4.win6.x86_64.zip would become
apr-1.2.3.4.win10.x86_64.zip or just simply
apr-1.2.3.4.win.x86_64.zip
