Release notes are missing from the References section in 2.4.57.SP3 errata

We should amend the errata that were used for the 2.4.57.SP3 release, to include the respective release notes: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_jboss_core_services/2.4.57/html/red_hat_jboss_core_services_apache_http_server_2.4.57_service_pack_3_release_notes/index

In the "Problem Description" field we mention

...and includes bug fixes and enhancements, which are
documented in the Release Notes linked to in the References section.

however the release notes are not inlcuded in the references section.
