This ticket covers the doc work required to create and publish the Apache HTTP Server 2.4.57 Installation Guide.

• Create a copy of the existing 2.4.51 installation guide and update the version number to 2.4.57.
• Ensure that any existing statements such as "From JBCS 2.4.51 onward" still read correctly or remove them altogether from the 2.4.57 doc.
• Ensure that any existing statements such as "In JBCS 2.4.51" are updated to "In JBCS 2.4.51 or later".
• Revise installation instructions as appropriate for the 2.4.57 release.
• Review and update if necessary all existing information for httpd deployments on RHEL 9 to ensure that it reads correctly for the 2.4.57 release.
