Mod_ssl rpm postinstall script failure

      Mod_ssl RPM postinstall script should create localhost.key in directory (POSTIN:7):

      /opt/rh/jbcs-httpd24/root/etc/pki/tls/private/

      but the directory does not exist and there is exception during rpm installation:
