Windows: module mod_ssl is missing

      Windows JBCS-2.4.23-DR2 zips [1] do not contain ssl module "mod_ssl.so".
      Windows httpd won't start, because config "jbcs-httpd24-2.4/etc/httpd/conf.modules.d/00-ssl.conf" references to non existent module:

      httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 118 of C:/Program Files/jbcs-httpd24-2.4/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 1 of C:/Program Files/jbcs-httpd24-2.4/etc/httpd/conf.modules.d/00-ssl.conf: Cannot load modules/mod_ssl.so into server: The specified module could not be found.
