The RHEL ZIPs from [1] contain modules on two locations:

jbcs-httpd24-2.4/httpd/lib/httpd/modules/

and

jbcs-httpd24-2.4/httpd/modules/

The files on the locations are not same (size differs). And some of the modules are present in one directory, missing in the other one.

Correct directory for modules is:

jbcs-httpd24-2.4/httpd/modules/
