JBCS-2.4.51-GA-ER2 contains mod_cluster.conf instead of mod_proxy_cluster.conf

    Description

      Failing tests while running the  jbcs-regular-check-pipeline on new release, 2.4.51-GA.ER2 fail because the test, when running in versions greater or equal than 2.4.51, try to modify mod_proxy_cluster.conf instead of mod_cluster.conf, but it is not being provided by the release:
