      We can hit accumulating CONNECT requests pending in FIN_WAIT2 states per https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=65631 without an appropriate timeout. So we should also backport https://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1894290 for improvement.
