The one of prerequisite package is elink, but RHEL8 does not include this package in the main repositories rhel-8-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms and rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms and cannot find it.
In RHEL8, elinks has been moved to codeready-builder-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms repo that is for developers option repository, so I think elinks should be removed from the prerequisite packages for JBCS Apache installation.
