Webapp's <distributable/> configuration disabled if war includes jars in WEB-INF/lib containing web-fragment.xml with no <distributable/> tag

      Add <distributable/> tag to all the web-fragment.xml inside the jars in WEB-INF/lib

      or, remove the web-fragment.xml from the jars.

      3. Notice that no Infinispan cache gets created for the web application and that session replication doesn't work.
